Last weekend we went to Katie Boyd's Birthday Party at Lowry Park Zoo. It was pretty cool to have a party at the zoo! Benjamin had lots of fun seeing all the animals. I think his favorite was getting to "ride" the rhino (it was stuffed). At the beginning, all the kids got to touch some of the animals- hedgehog, armadillo, skink, and an angora bunny. Benjamin wouldn't touch any of the animals- except the skink, the thing that looked like a snake!!! Then Katie blew out her candles on her princess cake, yum! Next we all got to go into the zoo and see all the animals. It was really hot and my parents were in town so we didn't stay too long. We had a great family day and saw some really cool animals!
