Emerson Point

This whole week Benjamin has been at our new church's Vacation Bible School. By the way, he has been having an AMAZING time and even asked to go back each day! This is HUGE people!!!

We have also been transferring Warren into a big boy bed (his crib converts), which has been interesting! He is not the best sleeper in the world so it has been tough. Right now, the hardest part has been getting him to go to bed and sleep. He loves to get up and turn off his noise maker. Of course, he gets punished and put back into bed. But for 45 minutes each night we are doing this routine! I've had enough, but I know it has to happen sometime. Any suggestions? Mommy is tired!

But while, we were at Emerson Point last weekend I saw an ad for a special day there where they would show kids snakes and turtles. I called and signed Warren and I up (Ben was at VBS). Today we went to the show! It was so much fun! She had a spiked thigh tortoise, albino red/yellow rat snake, and a ball python. After she told us about the animals we went to the grass and looked for a stick that looked like a snake. Then we came back and finger painted it! Warren had tons of fun- it also helped that our friends Eric and Maria were there!
