I frequently read a blog by Amy titled The Motherload. She does an awesome column that sums up some neat sites during the week. I love reading what she finds. Last week she found a Rainbow Cake. I thought this was wonderful, so Benjamin and I tried it last week. It turned out really yummy and the kids LOVED all the colors. We didn't do all the colors of the rainbow, because I just let Ben pick out what he wanted. Turned out great anyway! We also did cupcakes because they are already pre-portioned sizes. Super easy and tasted great!
