What else is new?
Life has been CRAZY with having our third baby, husband's MAJOR knee surgery, moving to a different state, and trying to get settled with it all. Whew! I'm tired.
Here's the scoop on everyone:
Tyler's knee is healing nicely. It hurts every once in a while, but on the whole we are pleased with the results. While we were still in FL, he took a course to be NRA certified to administer their gun safety courses. He has all his paperwork and is now certified! In the state of FL he can teach two courses, a four-hour and eight hour course. And then you will be able to get your concealed weapons permit. He has run into some interesting red-tape with TN so we are working on that.
Ben is in the first grade at Woodland Park Elementary. He is having the best time and making lots of new friends. He is also participating in Upward Flag Football, piano lessons, and AWANA. A couple of friends from school go to our church, AWANA, and flag football. He usually sees someone he knows at every event! He is adjusting very nicely to living in TN! He still will tell you he misses our pool in FL though.
Warren goes to Tender Treasures at First Baptist on Tuesday and Wednesday and then he goes to a private in-home care on Thursday and Friday. Warren is also doing AWANA at church. He is also having the best time living in TN. He loves going barefoot and staying outside--- all the time!
Carson is already seven months old and crawling everywhere! He is not as bad as Warren was as far as getting into stuff- yet. He has two lower teeth and he is cutting a top front tooth as we speak. He really is the best baby ever. So happy!
I am adjusting well to living in TN also. It has been a big change for all of us, but I think it is going well. We have gotten the kids settled into activities and normal everyday life; now we just have to work on Tyler and I. It's tough when you leave all your friends and have to make new ones. I have been pursuing It Works and have had a couple of parties so it is going well. I think I am going to go scrapbooking (which I haven't do in FOREVER) next weekend!
